Stoney Creek High School sports teams are invited to partner with the first annual Healthy Home & Living Expo. In return for active promotion and event-day participation, the expo offers significant fundraising opportunities, including net proceeds of referred on-line ticket and t-shirt sales, as well as associated special donations. The event can also host recognition, meeting, outreach and additional fundraising programs. Participating is fun and as easy as 1, 2, 3:

2. Promote the Expo
Active promotion should include posting in all available team, department, school and district digital communications preceding the event, including emails, newsletters, websites, flyer distribution and announcements. Remember to link images to your affiliate URL or www.HHLE.info (where team selection is provided/confirmed) for ticket purchase. The following resources are available:
In addition, posting and distribution of printed materials at school, meetings and games should be conducted whenever possible. The following artwork can be printed, or materials can be ordered at firstname.lastname@example.org and picked-up at SCHS.
Finally, social media and personal invitations and announcements can be sent by players, parents and supporters to their community, neighborhood and school group members, and to friends on Facebook. See the Invite webpage for instructions. Word of mouth is always the best advertising!
3. Participate at the Event
Volunteers should be scheduled to set-up and staff the team exhibit table, and to conduct any programs that are planned outside of the exhibit space, which should be coordinated with the event manager, John Batdorf email@example.com. One volunteer should be scheduled to help with event staffing and register with the event manager at www.migreenteam.com/volunteer.

Participation in this event partnership is covered by an agreement made between MI Green Team L3C and Stoney Creek High School Athletics. A copy of the agreement will be emailed to you upon registration, and is available upon request to firstname.lastname@example.org.

Upon receipt of payment, your reservation/registration will be confirmed, your exhibit listing published on-line, and your annual MGT membership renewed.
