You're Invited

Shelby Twp DDA members and other businesses and organizations committed to serving the Shelby Township area are invited to exhibit at the PPG Fireworks Festival. The event offers a unique opportunity to connect with thousands of local attendees celebrating Independence Day.

The festival offers exhibitors:
  • Exposure - Your organization will be exposed to large captive audience of local consumers.
  • Sales Prospects -You may take orders and sell products or services at the event. You may also develop a list of prospects who visit your booth.
  • Networking - You can connect with other community-minded local businesses, organizations and individuals.  
  • Recognition - Your association with a premier local festivals will generate recognition and goodwill.
  • Fun - The festival will be one of the largest and liveliest fireworks festivals in the area.

Exclusivity
To promote diversity and value, a limited number of exhibitors will be accepted in each category. If past MGT event experience is any indication, preferred locations and many product categories will sell out quickly. 

Exhibit Fees

Exhibit space is available in several festival areas. Full registration pricing include the following fees. Check out current/discounted pricing by clicking any register link:
  • $ 250 - Vehicle/Trailer 10'x25' Space (Concessions) 
  • $ 200 - Standard 10'x10' Tent Space
  • $ 100 - Local/Producer 10'x10' Tent Space (including Shelby Twp DDA members) 
  • $   50 - NPO 10'x10' Tent Space Exhibit (non-profit organization only)

Features

Each exhibitor level offers a cost-effective promotional, educational and merchandising opportunity, and includes:

  • 10'x10' tent space with 2' border all-sides boundary, or 10'x20' space for vehicle/trailer 
  • folding chair(s)
  • website listing and logo display
  • annual MGT membership
  • parking behind your exhibit, for one vehicle
  • discounted rentals & other services
Optional Services/Items

Several optional exhibitor services/items are available during registration, and offered at discounted pricing or at cost (rental items), including:
  • 8' or 6' uncovered table - $10
  • electric service - $25/500w, $50/1500w, and $75/220v 
  • preferred/corner location - $100
  • additional 10'x10' space  - $100
  • 10'x10' tent rental - $150

Event Layout & Location Assignment

In order to better accommodate exhibitor numbers and preferences, MGT will be finalizing the festival layout approximately 2 weeks before the event. 
Exhibit location selection and assignment will begin at that time. Exhibitors selecting the Preferred Location option will review their booth location first, then the remaining exhibitors will be assigned booth location by MGT, in registration order.
