    Exhibit at one of the planet's largest and liveliest Earth Day celebrations, highlighting the efforts of business and community organizations, like yours, to Make Every Day Earth Day

    Connect with thousands of attendees seeking earth-friendly alternatives in food, energy, transportation, fashion, wellness, career, home, gifts, garden, finances and more. 

    The event will again be held in downtown Rochester - the Rochester area was recently named one of CNN Money Magazine's Top 10 Places to Live. 

    By popular demand, the event will return to the Rochester Municipal Park & City Center area, near the Paint Creek Trail and waterway.

    Space and product categories will be limited. So, register soon to get your spot and take advantage of the best pricing.

    MGT accepts one exhibitor selling each brand, and a limited quantity (#) in the following categories. Please check the current exhibitor list to insure that your brand is not already represented and that your category is not full. If selling in a limited category, make sure to select the category under the Exclusivity option when registering:

    • MI Earth Day Fest

    Invitation to Apply for miEDF Programming

    The MI Earth Day Fest will offer presentations in the Connect Cafe, activities in the Kids Activity tent,  and entertainment at the Main Stage throughout the festival weekend.You are invited to submit your application for presentation, activity or performance before the submission deadline of April 1 (or when schedule is full). 

    Applications will be reviewed for the following criteria:
    • appropriateness for a general audience & green/wellness theme
    • relevance to current publicity, news and topics of public interest
    • anticipated incremental attendance
    • presenter/performer marketing support offered
    • presenter/performer fees and expenses
    • flexibility of schedule
    Call for Presentations

    Presentations on a wide variety of green & wellness topics will be offered throughout the weekend, on the hour, at the Main Stage, Presentation Stage in the Connect Cafe, and at the Kids Corner Activities Area. To apply, click the Register button, and select Presenter registration level.

    In addition, MGT member non-profit organizations are welcome to apply to "table" in the Connections Cafe, where round-tables will be set-up during the entire festival, for exhibits and discussions. To apply, NPO (Trainer) Members can register here.

    Call for Performances

    The music program is complete and music applications are no longer being accepted.
    Musical and other entertainment will be offered throughout the event, at the Main Stage. To apply for presentation, select Performer registration level.

    MI Earth Day Fest Kickoff

    Enjoy live music, networking and celebration. Join media, community leaders, and award winners, as well as event sponsors, managers and supporters, for the kickoff of the MI Earth Day Fest. 

    The one-hour program will be highlighted by the 6th annual green awards ceremony, at which a select number of Earth Day heroes will be inducted into the MI Green Hall of Fame and the talents of the winners of the USGBC Kids Art Contest will be awarded.

    All are welcome to attend and registration is not required. However, seating is limited and will be reserved for registered attendees. To register, click the Register button.

    Donations will be accepted on behalf of the US Green Building Council Detroit Regional Chapter for its green schools programs.

    • MI Earth Day Fest - Main Stage

    Join the Earth Day Parade & Pep Rally!

    Bring your non-motorized vehicles, pets, dance-moves and earth-friendly displays and costumes. Meet at the Main Stage and join in the parade down the Paint Creek Trail/City Walk, around and through the festival site. The 1/4 mile parade will conclude at the Main Stage for a Pep Rally. Use your voice, instruments and drums to and make some noise to celebrate our favorite planet! Special prizes will be awarded for largest/loudest group, and for best Earth Day themed costume and display. Everyone with Earth Day enthusiasm is welcome to to participate. Registration is encouraged but not required.

    Join RARA to celebrate our favorite planet at the Earth Day 5k Fun Run.The 5K is a scenic loop route through trails, parks and the neighboring subdivisions. All ages are welcome and the route is friendly for pets and strollers. The race will be chip timed and have awards for each age division along with raffle give-a-ways from our sponsors.
